The firm of Prudential Vanguard Financial Services, Inc. was established in 1979 to provide professional, informed solutions tailored to the specific needs of individual and small business clients. Over the years our mission has remained focused, but has grown in scope. Our primary services include accounting support, taxation, and business consulting. We also offer specialty services that cater to the unique needs of our clients. These include selection of retirement and benefit programs, budget management, and tax resolution services. We serve a diverse range of individuals, corporations, partnerships, and non-profit organizations and are well versed in the accounting issues and tax laws that impact our clients.
Our Actors, Artists, Athletes and Authors division is able to provide a full spectrum of accounting support, taxation, financial and business services to performers, athletes, models, authors and other creative and technical clients.
Our Real Solutions division supports home office entrepreneurs, freelancers and the general public by providing computer and internet access, faxing, copying, notary public and other office services. We are your instant office.

About the President
Walter Gowens is the President and founder of the firm. He offers to you the benefits of more than 30 years of experience gained from positions in accounting, finance, budgeting and investments. He has worked in industry and Wall Street as well as for the Internal Revenue Service and in the non-profit sector. He received a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from Indiana University and Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University.
He is an Enrolled Agent listed in Who’s Who In America and a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents, the National Society of Accountants, and the National Society of Tax Professionals. Additionally, he has spoken on topics concerning financial and tax issues before numerous groups, taught tax courses, and has been interviewed for television, radio, newspaper and magazine stories.
